Shipping & Delivery
We ship all domestic orders via S.F. Express, courier fees to be paid by receiver upon delivery (Get rates). For any local orders over HK$600 and placed by choosing to pay by Bank Transfer, we offer FREE shipping to industrial / commercial address or FREE self-pickup at SF Service Point.
For international orders (Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea only), please contact us to discuss delivery options before placing the order. International customers are responsible for any and all applicable duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees. International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
We usually dispatch your order within 3 business days after receiving your payment. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order reaches our courier. Generally, the transit time for Hong Kong is 1-7 days.
Please ensure your shipping address and phone are correct to avoid delays. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or expense of any kind related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
如屬國際 (只限澳門、台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、越南及南韓) 訂單，請於購買前聯絡我們商討運送方式。顧客需負責國際地區的關稅、增值稅、進口稅或其他相關費用。無論任何情況，國際訂單均不設退款 。
Returns & Exchange
If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.
We do not accept returns or exchange unless the shipment is damaged or incorrect. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
It is very important to inspect every items in your order upon receiving it. If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect shipment, you must notify us with photographic evidence within 24 hours after delivery. After 24 hours we can’t issue refunds or exchange.
When returning a damaged or defective item, please keep in mind that:
- Do not return your order without contacting us prior as your return may be rejected.
You have up to 7 business days to return the item from the date you received it.
The item you are returning must be in its original condition, 100% complete and in unused condition.
Please re-pack the item in the original shipping carton with all packing materials.
Once the returned item is examined and approved by us, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.
